I awoke with a start. The vivid dream seemed so very real. Was it real? Did an eagle just have a conversation with me?

It’s an astonishing feeling to look out and see
The plight of the earth really begins with me
Can you feel it surround you, it may catch your eye
Make no mistake, mother earth doesn’t lie

She waits for her moment, when it will become clear
The wind just an echo for the sound that we hear
No longer a thought that makes a head spin
The natural eruption about to begin

Stay close to your heart, it will not deceive
Remember the heart is what we believe
As we look to each other for the help we will need
The love that is shared is compassionate indeed

You question my statements, you want not to know
That maybe I know something about the below
For energy works in mysterious ways
Constantly changing and inspiring our days

So, what is energy, you innocently ask
Energy moves earth, not an easy task
Check into your heart, you can hear it beat
That’s energy that moves you, even your feet

As the eagle above flies overhead
It cannot be unheard so easily said
Open your heart, let the energy ride
For our frequency generates from deep inside
